My first spaghetti

Hello everyone,

Ok, today, funny, just continue on my last post, my brother, Jason, take me out for lunch, but firstly i insisted to go, i just sadly and said never mind, i eat Maggie only plus bread, but my brother wait me to go out, but i still said don't want, his second attempt failed, then he said that want to go out to buy ingredients for spaghetti, i was so shocked, that he really remember that he want to make spaghetti. Then we go out to buy the ingredients at Carrefour. Well, he is really troublesome, want the best ingredients. And then we buy whole ingredients and back home.

Finally, chef of the day is me, of course, well, my brother go down the car park to fix his car sound system. And ha-ha, me will be the cook for today lunch, then, i firstly think of lee miin, cause she is the one knows how to cook alfredo. And thanks for her help for telling me the steps of cooking.

Spaghetti

Ok, firstly, put the spaghetti into the boiled water, and let it for around 8 minutes, and then i start to heat the wok( didn't use the pan as my house got wok) , and put in the butter, and let it melt, and then i start to put the garlic inside, and let it fried, and after a while i put the sausage and also crab stick, inside the wok, and finally, the main ingredient, is the Prego sauce. And let it stir, of course i put the cheddar cheese for the last steps and let it melt. Wow yummy.

Really full, and tasty, too bad, i should put a little bit water to make it more watery, better than too sticky. I guess, and i am really happy, my first attempt to make an alfredo spaghetti succeed. Glad, thanks to my brother for buy those expensive ingredients. But, he still complain that i should put olive oil inside the spaghetti to make it not sticky. And also should put more water to make it more watery instead of too creamy. Wow, i am so happy.

The first time, i really happy, and also should thanks for lee miin instruction. Ha-ha when you come back i shall make it for you to taste. It is really tasty. And i am so satisfied with today lunch. Better than eat McD and also Maggie. Haha.
